The squeezing process in the industrial machine is very efficient, that is, the fruit is cut into two halves and then squeezed without bitterness or oil from the peels.

It consists of the following parts for the size of the fruit 35-55 mm or 60-80 mm.

Electrical Control Panel

The electrical control panel features overload protection, operational start/stop, and emergency stop for smooth and easy operation.

Hopper Elevator

The hopper elevator where the pre-washed and classified by size fruits are placed is made of AISI-304 stainless steel, and is driven by a gear motor group sealed for life and is controlled by the control panel.

Feeder Conveyor

The feeder conveyor is a washdown system with water resistant bearings to reduce downtime.

Juicer Head

The juicer heads are made of food-grade polymer and AISI-304 stainless steel shafts to maintain the flavor and structure of the juice. The juicer heads are fixed on the machine and cannot be removed or changed. For cleaning, the AISI-304 stainless steel covers are removed and the squeezing heads can be washed.
